How it works

1. Order
Order an empty skip bag and we will courier it to you the next working day.
If you have your own suitable bag, go straight to number 2
2. Fill
Fill the bag with your household, garden and construction waste (no heavier than the maximum weight restrictions).
3. Collect
Call us or order a collection when your bag is ready for collection.

Where to position the bag before filling

Please ensure that the bag is left within 3m of the roadside so that our lorries can have access to get to the bags with their cranes. Our drivers cannot lift the bag over parked vehicles or the cab of the lorry.

This was SUCH a good experience! The truck driver/crane operator was super happy and friendly and actually spoke to me and explained what he would do to lift the bags up, over my fence, and onto the truck. He was super fast and accurate and operated the truck and crane with precision. This is in addition to wonderful customer service and communication right from when I placed the order through to scheduling the collection. I am half way through a whole house renovation, and wish I had found this company earlier!! Will definitely be doing this more with them. Thanks again for such a great experience

Can’t recommend this company enough! I got click-happy and paid for an order of bulk bag gravel for our driveway, without realising the lead time on deliveries. I called the office and the team were friendly and helpful, and managed to squeeze in my delivery much earlier than it should have been! It arrived today and the guy was just as helpful; checked where I’d like the bags and offered to not only split them but spread the gravel as it dropped. This will make the job of raking so much easier - it was very much appreciated! Thank you Gardenscape, we will be a repeat customer after such brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Great customer service and the delivery men were friendly,polite and went above and beyond, they really were fantastic! We ordered 2 x bulk bags of gravel for front and rear garden ,they placed one bag in our back garden and split it exactly where we wanted it to save us unloadig. They also put the second bag right next to our front garden which made it so much easier to unload! Will definitely recommend

Great experience with using these guys. Communication with all of them was brilliant - really friendly and helpful. I was getting a delivery of peat free compost to my allotment and was concerned with the access, but they checked it all out from their end and reassured me it was all gonna be fine. Wonderful bulk load of great quality compost too . . So much better value than buying smaller amounts and without all the plastic packaging. Happy days!!

Highly recommend. We had x3 tonne bags of soil that we needed removing. They were by far the best price we found (almost half that of Hippo), even with a small extra fee for the distance we were from them (East London). The communication from Tom and the team was excellent, and the driver that came to collect was friendly and removed the soil quickly and efficiently, with no fuss. (We live on a very tight street). Excellent service all round
