Product Inquiry

This is a very popular, well-rotted, manure based compost which is a by product of the mushroom growing industry. Recommended as a soil conditioner to boost the nutrient content of the soil before planting. Due to the addition of lime during the mushroom growing process we do not recommend this product for use with ericaceous (acid loving) plants.

Loose Loads

The prices quoted on our website are for our standard Bulk Bags of product and small bags.

We can also deliver loose loads to you (4t/4m3or more), often at a substantial saving.  If you are interested in a loose load please call or email our offices directly for a quote.

We deliver to your door throughout the South East and London within 5 working days of your order.  All Bulk Bag prices include VAT and delivery (within our standard delivery area, see deliveries page).

Deliveries are made on 4 wheeler or 6 wheeler lorries, each equipped with a hiab crane to enable us to get the bulk bags over walls, hedges etc - as close to where you need them as possible. Further we can deliver large volume loose loads of our products in 8 wheeler tipper lorries.  Please call our offices for more details.

Please be aware that our lorries do need a minimum width of approximately 10ft to deliver to you.  This is about the size of an average bin lorry.  There must also be no overhanging cables or branches which may affect the crane on the lorry.  If you are in any doubt please contact our offices directly as if we are not advised of any width/height restrictions, and are unable to make a delivery, there may be charges for the aborted delivery.

It is company policy that our lorries do not drive off road into fields etc.  However, we do understand that the bags are difficult to move once delivered, and will always endeavour to drop them as close to your desired location as possible.  Ultimately, whether or not we can deliver to your requested drop spot will be left up to the discretion of the driver.

We can send you samples of our products on request, although please bear in mind that as they are natural products what you receive as a sample may vary slightly to the product that you go on to receive after placing your order.  Be assured that we always endeavour to source the best possible products available.

The majority of our products are naturally occurring and therefore the colour, consistency etc of product may vary load to load.  We use trusted suppliers to ensure that the products that we sell are of a high quality, and we avoid changing suppliers regularly to optimise consistency.
